OLD TIN LOVE
LOVE DAY NUMBER 9
Morning, wow!!!! some places are getting hit with that snow storm East of us and into the States, hope you stay safe and warm......Here we are enjoying some milder weather, go figure............ Day 9 of Dear Cindi`s Whole Lotta Love....... Another love of mine are the old advertising tins.......they were the first old treasures I started to collect, was so much fun looking for these old beauties of yesteryear..............I remember as a child the tin of Squirrel Peanut Butter, yum yum and the tin of Purity Strawberry Jam, oh those were the days, I was lucky enough to come across both and buy them.........also Corn Syrup in a tin and Mom`s baking tin of Blue Ribbon Baking Powder, I knew when that little tin was out on the counter, something good was going to happen...........Such wonderful graphics on these tins...........I enjoy looking at them all the time, Cam built me a long shelf above the doors leading into the porch from the kitchen so I am able to enjoy them all the time..................Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, and keep cozy those of you in the path of the storm, Blessings Francine.
Good morning Francine. What a wonderful tin collection. Had to go back and read what they all were on the tins. Love them displayed over the door. Have a great weekend. Angela
They look awesome . The stories they would tell if they could talk ! The storm left us yesterday evening , it wasn't that bad here really I mean this is Ontario Canada we should be used to it by now lol but the east coast is to get hit hard . I hope they all are safe and cozy ! It is sunny here today but bitterly cold ! Have a good day !
You have another wonderful collection of "yesteryear" tins. Love that you display them so you can enjoy them! We're supposed to get some snow this afternoon.
Oh, my little heart is just a beatin. Your tins are magnificent. What an awesome collection. I have but a few. I would love to have more, like yours. -steph-

Hi Francine, I'm swimming in a sea of white! You have acquired so many wonderful collections, I have enjoyed seeing them all. I just love that tin of peanut butter with the squirrel on it, precious! I have a thing for squirrels... and speaking of squirrels, I am going to go squirrely if I don't get out into the real world soon!!!Hugs from snowy Maine, Julie.
You have a wonderful collection of old tins, Francine. I have just a few and have them put away. Looking at these makes me want to get them out again. Trouble is that I'm running out of room!
