HAPPY TUESDAY
Checkered Lilly`s
Good Morning Prim Folk, hope you are all well, enjoying these May days of Spring...............This is our 4th day with rain, feeling a little soggy, but the sun is supposed to peek out this afternoon, yay!!!!!! The flowers are not thirsty any more and the Perennials are really growing now after all the rain...... looks like I didn`t lose to many to Old Man Winter, I seem to lose a few during that time, but I shall buy more Perennials, no worries there, :)................Snapped some pictures in between the raindrops yesterday, the Lambs Ear, Lady`s Mantle, love how the raindrops sit on the leaves and the Checkered Lilly`s are in bloom, so pretty, the two bunches I have are really old, happy they keep coming back bigger and better, one of my favorites.....................Thoughts and prayers for those in Oklahoma, my heart is heavy for those in the path of the terrible Tornado`s,, God Bless Them All.................Wishing you a great day, Spring Blessings Francine.
Good morning Francine! Love your flowers, the Checkered Lily is beautiful,I used to have Lambs ear but something happened to it,I am not familiar with Lady's Mantle but it has my interest peaked.LOL! Guess I need to visit a green house. My heart aches for those dealing with the storms. It is just horrible, will be keeping them all in my prayers.Hope that you have a lovely day.Hugs,Jen
I've always loved those Checkered Lilies, but still don't have any! Yours look very happy indeed. We really need some rain, but I'm hoping we don't get alot like last time(5 inches) and that we don't get any bad storms! Have a great week! Carol
We've had too much rain in the last day or so. I'm pretty sure the flower seed I planted is washed out, but the perennials are still looking good and growing by leaps and bounds. I love the Checkered Lilies, haven't seen anything like them...so beautiful! Have a nice day!
Things are looking good there ! Papa and I spent two days planting our flowers over the long weekend and now we are enjoying all our hard work . We need rain it is very dry and humid , they say we may get rain tonight and tomorrow , I hope so my gardens do so much better with natures rain verses the sprinkler ! My heart and pryers go out to all in Oklahoma . Have a nice day , hope the sun shines your way !
We don't get too much rain here. I wish it would because I don't really want to have to start watering the lawn every other day already. I am happy that spring has sprung for you, even if it is a soggy one. -Steph-
Francine Better a drink than drought! The flowers are looking nice and healthy to me. We are supposed to have sunshine for the next three days here. Finally!

We've had some rain here too. Kind of muddy out in the garden so can't get out there like I'd like. Mimi
