Bye Bye Halloween
Good Morning Primfolk..........another dull dreary day here in Winnipeg, where oh where is that sunshine??????, it`s been about a week now with no sun shining, feeling alittle blue...........Did you all remember to change your clocks back one hour, extra hour of sleep, yey!!!!!........Yesterday spent the day putting away the Fall/ Halloween goodies I decorated with for another year...........all I left out were the white gourds and pumpkins I had bought, don`t have the heart to throw them out for I love the ghost pumpkins so much..........popped them in my wood bowl on the kitchen table with the dryed sunflower heads and will enjoy them there the month of November.............This afternoon invited to another Nephews little girls 1st Birthday party so will go and celebrate with family..........MMMMMM cake...........Enjoy the day.......Prim Blessings Francine.

Sounds like you had a great Halloween! We were in sunny California with the grandkids. I'll be putting away Halloween today after church. Have a great Sunday. Mimi
ReplyDeleteFrancine ~
ReplyDeletePumpkins stay out until Thanksgiving ~ at least at my house!
Our trick-or-treat is tonight having been postponed because of Sandy. I am just not in the mood to put the Halloween stuff away! Maybe tomorrow...sigh.
Hugs :)
Lauren
I don't have the heart to throw away my little pumpkins either! They look really sweet in your bowl, Francine!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
XO,
Jane
enjoy the party! i enjoyed my extra hour of attempted sleep time. :)
ReplyDeleteHi francine....love the grouping in your wood bowl!
ReplyDeleteI took down my Halloween but left out Fall and brought out my Thanksgiving.
Have fun at the party today. Hope the sun shines for you this week.
Hugs
Earlene
If you're looking for the sun, it seems to be spending the day with us in Virginia--It's so nice to have it here, but I will send it up in your direction, okay? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy your day and the party!!
Our Halloween was relatively quiet. We had just gotten home from my eye surgery. We didn't have as many Trick-or-Treaters this year.
ReplyDeleteSending you a sunny hug.
ReplyDeleteChristmas is shhh appearing in my house.
Just a bit.
Blessings to you Sweet Potato :)

Hi Francine, the sunshine is here in Maine!!!I shall send you some. We ( Mr. Dog Trot) and I spent the day working in the yard and later I packed away Halloween decorations also brought out Thanksgiving decorations. This year we are going next door to my son and daughter inlaw's for turkey day!!! Yea...Have a good evening, hope the sun returns soon for you, Julie.
ReplyDeleteI haven't put away my Halloween things yet. Seems like I'm getting slower and slower at doing that every year. I need to get my turkey out!
ReplyDeleteI have cleared away all my fall decor now as it is feeling more like winter here in Ontario .We finally have sun after a week of dreary gloom . I will try to send some of our sunshine your way . Have a good day !
ReplyDeleteI love those little white pumpkins too. The bowl looks great. Leave it as it is and next month, just add some holly. ;)
ReplyDeleteI am bad. I have pupkins and witches on one side of our living room and Christmas tree and decor on the other side...the grands tink gramma is a little odd. Hope the sushine comes back. We had some snow over here. Take care, Janice
ReplyDeleteI love the bowl and it's contents.. I have still my Fall stuff out but need to start putting it away, I guess. Isn't time flying?
ReplyDeleteTake care, my friend..
