IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!

Morning Prim Folk,  yup, I am one year older today, one good thing is that now I can qualify for a senior at some places, I know I know, should not be that happy about it.  I celebrated my Birthday last Saturday with my older Sister for our Birthday's are four days apart, so why not. Family came for cake and a lot of laughs, love my family dearly, just having them over is a present itself. I received many wonderful gifts from them all though, gift cards, packs of flower seeds, prim goodies, I am happy happy.   I was captured opening up some  gifts and showing them off,  so posting lots of pictures. Morning Prim Folk,  so nice the sun is shining as I am posting sipping a coffee.  Was not so great a morning yesterday, the rain we had the other day turned to yup, you guessed it, that four letter word, snow. Come on Mother Nature, not funny, thank goodness it melted as the morning turned to afternoon.  Any who,  with my back still hurting, have not been up to very much lately, kinda down.  Cam went out and picked me beautiful branches of Pussy Willows, love them so, make me happy. Then he went and bought me red Tulips, so pretty. Put them together in my old enamel  pitcher on the  little table,  they  cheer me up just looking at them. ...............Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, Spring Blessings Francine.

SPRING RAIN

Morning Prim Folk, Happy Thursday to you all!!!  It is a cool rainy day here today, good day to cozy up in the house, light a yummy scented candle and curl up with a good book.  Finally has been nice Spring weather around these parts, 

 I even sat out in the sunshine the other day, felt great. The snow is now melted, I can see my birdbath once again. Even spotted some fine feathered friends back, Robin\s, Junco's, Purple Finches, so happy to welcome the birds back. Speaking of back, my back is slowly healing but yesterday I did go visit a chiropractor to help me along, so hopefully I will be moving along without hurting. .....Wishing you a wonderful day, Spring Blessings Francine.

HAPPY EARTH DAY

Hello Prim Folk, hope you all had a wonderful Easter holiday......I want to start off by saying thank you for the well wishes on my sore back, very sweet, appreciate it.  Today I am still sore but can at least move without the terrible pain I once felt. Cannot bend down but walking is not as painful so maybe on the road to a very slow recovery. I did make it to my Sister's on Sunday for Easter supper, was so worth it. Yummy Turkey, ham, mashed potato's, corn, taco salad, oh my. Also was so great to visit with my Niece and her sweet family, she is also shared good news with us that she pregnant again, so Oscar will be a big brother in the Fall. All in all was a very Happy Easter, we are blessed.  Wishing you all a beautiful day, Blessings Francine.

EASTER GREETINGS

Morning Prim Folk, here it is on Easter weekend, everyone ready?  I am getting there slowly.  I hurt my lower back on Thursday and can hardly move without feeling pain. Just what a person needs, so to say the least, I have not been up to much. Between ice packs, Aleve, resting and more resting, wobbling along trying to finish off some Easter goodies.  My family are gathering at my Sister's place on Sunday,  really looking forward to being together with family on this special Holiday. I will get there come hell or high water, not going to let a sore back stop me from a family feast. Plus my sweet Niece and her family are in from Toronto, have to see them for we do not get to visit to often with them  living  in another Province.  So Cam is baking a ham to bring, me, going to try and stand, moving around is good is it not? :) to bake some Easter cupcakes to bring as I said I would, hope they turn out.

HAPPY THURSDAY

Morning Prim Folk,  really cannot believe that Easter weekend is here already, wow!!! April is flying by.  Our weather is still in Winter mode, cold here this A.M. -10, Old Man Winter does not want to leave us yet.  The snow has been slowly melting with the sun shining though, thank goodness.  We did enjoy a couple of warmer days then back to the cold. My little Crocuses were going to bloom then with the colder temps decided not to, kinda shriveled up, so much for Spring flowers.  Saw this sweet little bunny in a pocket picture, made me smile, had to share.......
