Morning primfolk,  another cold day here in Winnipeg,  Jack Frost is nipping at my nose for sure this A.M..........let Angel out to do her thing and she bounced right back in like Mom, come on, do you want to go out out there and do your business, surely not.......but she did finally go...........me, I went  in the warm house, smile..........Popped into the Thrift store and it paid off to go rummaging around all the Christmas things,  they really do get alot of items donated.......found this cute Jingle Bell throw for $5.00, a sweet pudgy snowman for $2.00, a cinnamon candle, my favorite scent,  Santa face soaps and a prim snowhead with Santa,  fifty cents each,  oh ya, very adorable but.......the best buy were these old box of Christmas lights for ......DA DA DA DA........$2.00, come on!!!!!......gotta love it........I fell in love with the cover of the old box, the tree.......oh my,  Happy Happy and the lights still work but I won`t use them, so that is my finds...........Booya!!!!!!!! Morning Primfolk,   hope this morning finds you bright eyed and bushy tailed......after some of you enjoyed a long weekend...........Very cold here this morning, the temp really dipped down but I`m warm and cozy in the house enjoying my coffee...........Last night decided to do a little more Christmas decorating........so many boxes of goodies,  really takes me days to get the house looking  the way I like it,  so I take my time making Christmas magic.... ........ I put my skinny little tree in the livingroom,  I do love this Charlie Brown  tree,  has grapevine and pinecones wrapped around it, makes me happy just looking at it all lite up,   more little Christmas displays here and there,  still have more to put out but my bed was calling me so this is all I put out last night....... SISTER`S BIRTHDAY

Morning Primfolk, hope you are enjoying this Sunday morning.......the snow is gently falling , looks like a winter wonderfland outside, love it.......sipping my hot cup of coffee watching the snow fall .....ahhhhhh...so pretty...........Didn`t find to much at the rummage sale Friday, oh well, always fun to look around............Was my middle Sister`s Birthday yesterday so we went for cake at her place last evening........yum yum, the famous Jennies Cake, so so good, only  bakery here in Winnipeg,  this cake is really tasty......so creamy and that shortbread crust on the bottom,  heavenly........had a wonderful time, shared many laughs, love my family so much.......My older Sister didn`t make it for her Hubby finally came home from the hospital, he is feeling better but very weak, but home is where the heart is so he will  slowly feel stronger  at home...... That`s all folks, enjoy this peaceful Sunday, keep warm and cozy,  Prim Blessing Francine.

Happy Friday Primfolk..........very cold and blowy day here........throw another log on the fire kinda day.........Winter has arrived.........I came home from work this afternoon to find a package in the mail, yahoo!!!!.......It came from sweet Amy at Bumble Bee Lane`s ornie swap I was in.........found some very cute prim ornies,  so I grapped the camera and took pictures of my new  treasures..........thanks Amy for including me in your fun ornie swap........and thanks gals for the great ornies, love them.............. I am off to another Church rummage sale this evening,  bringing my Sis who`s husband is still in the hospital,he`s slowly feeling better, thanks once again for your thoughts and prayers, much appriceated, all you gals are so caring and kind..........Wishing you all a cozy weekend.......Warm Blessings Francine.

Good Morning..........cool and windy here this morning, I am snug inside enjoying a hot cup of coffee..............Wanting to wish my American friends a very Happy Thanksgiving,  may you all enjoy lots of love and laughter with loved ones today.............My heart goes out to those ravanged by Storm Sandy, may you find a little comfort today,  thoughts and prayers are still with you............ I am going out to do  some Christmas shopping  with my Sister and Mom today, black Thursday, LOL!!!!!  try to find some good deals.........We are not into spending tons of money for the holidays, thats not what it`s all about anyway,   I love the spirit of Christmas,  spending time with loved ones, enjoying a meal together, the magic of old St. Nick,  to me that is what Chrtistmas is all about........... THE MAGIC OF CHRISTMAS IS NOT IN THE PRESANTS, BUT IN HIS PRESENCE.................Blessings to you all, Francine.

OLD PINECONE TREASURES



Happy Tuesday.............nice and mild here the last couple of days, snow is melting, oh no!!!! Would like the snow to stay, looks so pretty and Christmasy.........Still doing a little decorating............but one of my old antique treasures are these beautiful glass pinecone tree ornaments............love them so, keep them out all year long in this jar, can`t bare to put them away..........I know, silly ole me...........I`ve collected the pinecones for many years now, but I do not find them anymore and if I do see some at antique stores they want a good price,  there are the new fake imposters but I don`t buy those, oh no............I used to find them at Rummage sales, Thrift stores for a few cents, some were gifts from family..........now the price is many dollars if you find any.............I don`t hang them on the tree anymore for two years ago one fell and broke, boo hoo!!!!!......so I just keep them safe tucked in the old canning jar where I enjoy my old beautiful old pinecones............Wishing you all a wonderful day............Prim Blessings Francine.

RISE AND SHINE

Good Morning.........hope you all are enjoynig the day so far...........I`m still in my P.J`s sipping coffee, enjoying the calmness of morning, loves me A.M.............Yesterday I went to a craft sale with my 2 Sisters, we wanted to take our older Sis for a little outing for she has been in and out of the hospital so much with her husband still in there, he has some fluid building up so the have to keep draining it, and keep an eye on him,  he took such a nasty fall...........We had a really good time though, had lunch, took in the craft show, then poppped into Wal-Mart for some shopping......take her mind off all the crazyness her family has been through........her nerves are shot, but we pray together that they will get through all the sadness, The Power Of Prayer.....................I have done a little more Christmas decorating, so many boxes......... I get a overwhelmed and I want to enjoy putting out all my treasures so I will do a bit each day...........Wishing you all great  day......Prim Blessings Francine.
