HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13th

Greetings Prim Folk,  beautiful sunny morning here, love it.   I have been busy out in the flower gardens this week, weeding, moving some plants around, all that fun stuff.  Enjoy  being outdoors getting my hands in the dirt, find it relaxes me,  but the ole back sure feels it now. Find myself taking many more coffee breaks then I use to,  oh the joys.   I also spent some time indoors doing a little summertime decorating. Still  like to putter around inside changing up the decor, not to much, just little summery touches here and  there.......... 

We are off to the lake this afternoon once again, my weekend off from work, so trailer here we come. The weatherman calls for rain all weekend but we shall see, he has been wrong before :)............Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, enjoy that big round moon tonight,  Blessings Francine.

Good Day Prim Folk,  cloudy day here with a cool breeze,  looks like an in the house day kinda day.  I did get out in my flower beds yesterday and did a good weeding. It was a beautiful sunny morning, my favorite time to be outside with the birds singing. The beds look nice and clean now, many  flowers blooming so had to go out with the camera and snap a few pictures to post. .....Wishing you a cozy summer day, Blessings Francine.

Morning Prim Folk,  Happy Sunday to you all, hope you are having a great weekend........ Cool, cloudy day here so I do not mind going to work today, tomorrow will be a better day, full of sunshine and I can get out into the flower gardens and weed, well, hoping to.......... My Nephew went to visit  friends  of theirs  a while back who happen to have baby chicks at the time. His kids love the chicks, called them Chickadees, as you can see the sweet look on their loving faces, had to post the pictures............Blessings Francine.

THRIFTY FINDS

Morning Prim Folk,  the sun is shining and  a little on the cool side but I love it.  Yesterday went out for a ride to some out of town Thrift stores, always enjoy touring the countryside, never know what you might come across.  I did find some goodies, did not need  them but seem to have a wee problem passing on anything old and cheap.  I  found a great smelling candle with flicker  bulb, smells so great when the light is on and warms up the wax, was only a $1.00. Then found a old coffee mug in great shape, these mugs remind me of my childhood, my Mom and Dad use to drink their coffee in mugs like this. Also cute set of vintage apple salt and pepper  and a farm scene picture frame that I love, not bad at all for the  whole amount of  $3.00..............Wishing you all a wonderful weekend, Blessings Francine.

LILY OF THE VALLY

Morning Prim Folk,  here we are into June already, wow!!!  The other evening I noticed the Lily Of The Valley starting to bloom along the side of the house, oh how I adore these little white bell flowers.  They always bring back sweet memories of when I was a child and we lived in the country. My family moved to this wonderful old yellow farmhouse when  I was about 6,  oh I loved that house so. All the fields, creek running in the back of the house, huge gardens, life was grand.  

All along the house in the back grew these beautiful heaven scent flowers, to me this is what Heaven must smell like, so intoxicating. These pretty sweet smelling white bells always bring comforting  memories to me, plus they fill the house up of such a beautiful aroma..... Wishing you all a great day, Blessings Francine.

THE LAKE

Happy Monday Prim Folk,  hope you all enjoyed a wonderful weekend.  I sure did at the lake, weather was fine. Saturday  was cloudy but warm and yesterday was perfect, sunny with a breeze.  I did a lot of relaxing, reading, watching birds and burning wood, love a good ole campfire.  Also I did some planting, bought some flowers in town at a little greenhouse, like to support the little guys and town of St. Malo.  My girlfriend  also came out for a few hours Sunday, always enjoy having company, sat and chatted in the warm sunshine.  Cam enjoyed his time out on the lake and Angel kept busy chasing a wee Chipmunk, let me tell you, Shih-tzu's are no hunters, the chipmunk runs up the tree, Angel keeps on running, very entertaining though.  Another great weekend spent at the trailer.......Wishing you all a beautiful day, Blessings Francine.
