QUAIL EGGS

Morning Prim Folk,  Happy Hump Day to you all too, hope it's a good one......        Went grocery shopping the other day, was  strolling past  the egg section when something caught my eye. Here in a small package were the most adorable little speckled white and brown eggs. Oh my I was smitten with these sweet little eggs, had to have them with Spring approaching   to place in bowls around the house. Cam looked at me and said they will smell, I said no, not if they are not broken as I placed them in the shopping cart.   So when I came home, I decided to boil them so not to be as  fragile, turned out o.k, none cracked.  So now I have these sweet spotted eggs to enjoy in old bowls around the house, simple things makes this gal happy..........                               Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday, also thank you to all that had such nice comments on my decorating the home in the last posts, I appreciate all of you sweet blogging friends. Warm Blessings Francine.

  3. So cute and what a great idea to boil them first. I have a few that are blown but they are extremely fragile and the neighbor's little boy(3) crushed one trying to play with it last week. Oh well I just pretend that that one hatched already all by itself.

  8. Different that's for sure , They may stink after a while though I know chicken eggs that were not found on our farm stunk and that's how we found them followed the stench lol . Thanks for sharing , Have a good day !

  9. Sometimes they will dry out naturally when boiled if they don't have cracks. The yoke remains but is hard. Not sure about quail eggs since they are so little. Sweet!~♥Amy
