HAPPY FRIDAY

Morning Prim Folk, hope you are all well and enjoying summer so far..........Here in Canada, Monday is a Holiday,  Yippee!!!!! so many Canadians will be enjoying the long weekend,  the weather is supposed to be hot with humidity of coarse, but it is summer..........We are off to the lake this afternoon, can`t wait to get there,  will bring a book, magazine and relax, Cam will be on the lake fishing, well, Angel and I will go for a ride in the boat, have not bought my fishing licence yet, could be this weekend....but I do work the Monday so no long weekend for me, boo hoo.........................Saw this little baby Chipping Sparrow on our sidewalk last evening, so cute, the Mama built a nest in the Spruce tree in the yard, guess he fell out, hope he stays safe, snapped a picture of him, love the hair do, :)...the parents were none to happy with me, but I would never harm him................. HAPPY WEDNESDAY

Good Morning Prim Folk, what a hot and humid day yesterday, Whew!!!!!! and then through the night came the thunderstorm, poor Angel is terrified of thunder and lightning, she could not get close enough to me in bed, but we made it through  all ok, :)
 
 
This morning it is much cooler out  so I am taking my coffee outside and sitting on the swing reading the new July issue of Country Sampler,  I will enjoy the cooler part of the day, for it is going to be another hot one, oh ya, summer is definitely here..............This afternoon I am going to visit Mom and then my Sis is popping in after her work to join us for lunch, girl time, yay!!!!!..........         My Sis and her boyfriend went to Vegas last week so she brought me back some goodies and one of the things was this sweet metal American Flag, love it...........Wishing you all a beautiful summer day, Blessings Francine.

MORE PLANTS

Morning Prim Folk, hope you are all keeping cool where it is hot and humid, wow!!!! we are having some sweltering summer weather already, with humidity the temp will be in the 90`s, way to  hot for me..............I did happen to go to Superstore yesterday and of coarse ran to the garden center to take a gander and the plants were 20% off so I had to buy more flowers.........I love Coneflowers so picked a sweet pink one up called Butterfly Kisses, now I have 4 different colored Coneflowers,  pink Veronica called First Love, a pretty Supercal and a grass I never seen before called Twister, really neat, so I was out planting last evening with the mosquitos , oh they are hungry little devils....have many bites to prove it..............Also today is my Son`s Birthday, wow!!!! cannot believe he turns 35, I really am getting old......Happy Birthday Son, Love Ya...............Wishing you all a great day, Summer Blessings Francine.

Morning Prim Folk, Happy Sunday to you all,  hope the day is a nice warm sunny day.........We are supposed to get rain today, we really don`t need anymore for now, been getting lots.........but poor Calgary, major flood water there right now,  so bad..............Yesterday after work had to take a run to Wally-Mart and we popped into a yard sale, well, I happened to find some older garden tools, have some like them but hey, for twenty five cents each, I grabbed them, a old enamel sifter of some kind and a sweet turtle sprinkler, love it...so that was my exciting day, then on to shopping at Wal-Mart.......Had to buy Angel her favorite treat and only Wal-Mart has it, spoiled little girl, then went and bought some more flowers, guess I will be planting in between the raindrops today...............Wishing you all a wonderful day, Summer Blessings Francine.

HAPPY SUMMER

Morning Prim Folk, well, the first day of summer is here and the weather sure feels like it, hot, sticky, humid, boy oh boy........I have been at the lake the last couple of days, great place to be in this kind of weather, but we were chopping down some dead old trees that we were worried might fall on the trailer, can`t have that happening so Timber!!! down they came, but more wood for me.............The Wednesday morning were we sitting by the fire drinking our coffee and down the road here comes a Doe, oh my, I was excited, I LOVE deer, think they are one of Gods most beautiful creatures, she stopped then turned back, guess I spooked her but was I happy, fist deer I had seen in camp...............On the way home yesterday, popped into a few Thrift stores on the way, found a few things.......love the homemade suet feeder for the birds, a log with big drilled out holes to put suet in, neat, 5 little pretty swakky swig glasses, pillow and apple and brown dish, fun to browse around the Thrift stores...............Wishing you all a wonderful fun filled weekend, Summer Blessings Francine.

FLOWERS AND A FROG

Morning Prim Folk, happy Tuesday to you all.......beautiful morning here so far, but later in the week the humid weather starts, yuk, summer is here I guess...........Not to much happening around here, flowers are blooming, mosquitoes buzzing, I`m slapping and itching, wow!!! many bites all over, in places I didn`t think mosquitoes would go, :)..............The neighbors little girl came over with this white frog  in a small fish bowl and asked if we wanted it to put in the pond, she didn`t want it any more, well, we now have a white frog swimming in the pond......Hope it likes it`s new home, lots of fish friends, room to swim, also rocks to hide under, guess it is some kind of exotic type of frog, never saw a white frog before., but it is welcome................Wishing you all a wonderful day, Blessings Francine.

HAPPY FATHER`S DAY

Evening Prim Folk, wishing all the Father`s out there a wonderful Father`s Day, hope you spent the day with loved ones.....I miss my Father every day, with I could hug him and tell him I love him................Came back from the lake a couple of hours ago, had a real nice time out there....weather was beautiful but the mosquitoes were really bad, thank goodness for spray and coils to burn,   helped to  keep them away........Hit a few yard sales, found a couple things, relaxed, read and enjoyed the campfire........Now to go do a load of laundry, clothes smell of smoke, :)
