SAME OLD
Morning Prim Folk, hope this Thursday finds you all well...... Nothing much new around here lately. Still darn cold, no end in site of this bitter cold weather anytime soon. The only good thing is the sun has been shining everyday, thank goodness, also nice the days are getting longer. Evening finds us in the warm cozy porch watching a lot of T.V. I'm afraid, not much else to do or want to do. Been watching The Voice, American Idol and rooting on our Winnipeg Jets NHL team, hoping they make the play offs coming up. Yes, I am a big hockey fan, always have been, it's the Canadian way, EH!!!!! So, like I said, nothing new or exciting to tell you, just the same old everyday happenings...... Wishing you a great day, Warm Blessings Francine.

glad for sunshine! gives hope. :) i have let the voice play in the background some nights as i blog. some incredible talent out there!
ReplyDeleteSpring is only 25 days away, my luv.. smile.. xo
ReplyDeleteHopefully spring will be sprung soon!
ReplyDeleteThat's a pretty photo!
ReplyDeleteSpring will come.
We got 2 1/2" more but that was all,
It's not warm, but the skies are mostly clear today.
Darn it! I missed The Voice beginning this week. I don't watch much tv, but I do like this show and I forgot all about it. Love the sun shining on your pretty quilt! Stay warm...it's cold here today, too.
ReplyDeleteCute cat! I know springs is coming because my martins have arrived. But we just had 4 inches of snow yesterday...so it may take a few more weeks! LOL!
ReplyDeleteWe are currently "sportless" as we don't follow hockey. I did watch a little a few years ago when the Tampa Bay Lightning won the Stanley cup. It's a long dry spell for us till football in August. We use to be big Celtics fans but we don't know any of the players now!
ReplyDeleteStay warm,
Robyn
Good to check in with you Francine and it warms us to see the sun shining.
ReplyDeleteLove your spring display. Just keep holding on for spring!
Nice little display! We had sunshine today, but it was very chilly.
ReplyDeleteI have always loved that blue quilt. I've been a bit absent lately..there is a reason though. My entire house is a mess with our living room redo. Stay warm. We might break a record tonight with this frozen weather. Yikes. Janice
ReplyDelete20 days till spring and I am keeping a look out for the Robins now . It is good to be the same old though . It has been cold here to but like you said the sun has been shining every day so that makes it just that much better ! Thanks for sharing , stay cozy , have a good day !
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you are at least getting some sunshine!
ReplyDeleteThe sun felt so good today even if the air was so cold. I am watching the Voice too...so far I don't have one favorite. Stay warm! :)
ReplyDeleteI can totally relate! I'm usually "okay" with the winter and all it brings, but this year, spring cannot come soon enough for me!
ReplyDeleteI am a fan of The Voice too! Even Georgia has had snow/ice recently. I adore the cat rug in your photo. Mildred
ReplyDeleteReally cold here in Ontario too Francine. Stay warm my friend. Spring will be here soon..........I hope!
ReplyDeleteJanet
Hello Francine...I haven't been on blog land for a while....I do miss everyone.
ReplyDeleteWe have had just about enough winter here for now. The sun does warm things up nicely, but I'm hungry for some green grass and over flowing flowering pots. Anyone else feel like that?have a wonderful weekend , dear friend....hugs Marg.
