BABY IT'S COLD OUTSIDE

Good Morning Prim Folk,  well, along with this New Year and month of January comes the frigid cold.  Right now with the windchill the temperature is -46 c, yup, a tad chilly here in Winterpeg. There is a extreme cold warning in effect,   but we are warm and cozy inside the house, enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Cam and I are finally on the road to recovery, still not ourselves but feeling a bit  better each day. Sure knocked us on our butts this flu or whatever it was.   Great way to ring in the New Year, maybe that will be it for sickness for the rest of the year, here's hoping...... Wishing you a cozy day, Warm Blessings Francine.

  1. Glad you're starting to feel better. It's 10 degrees here with a slight snow, not as cold where you are. Stay warm and get better.

  11. Okay, I'll quit complaining about the cold in Wisconsin. We had a balmy -20 degrees F. when I woke this morning. I had to go to the conversion tables to find out how cold in Farenheit your -46 is. Good grief! You need to move to Tropical Wisconsin!!! LOL

  19. I can't imagine that kind of cold. OMGoodness! The windchill in GA was -4. That is unreal for us. I'm in Nashville and the windchill is -17. Needless to say, I'm staying in where it is warm and toasty. Happy New Year, Bonnie

  20. What a chilly New Year's night for you to endure! That really looks cold just looking at the picture. And with an extra wind chill? Ouch that must have been frigid. Especially when you are already feeling under the weather with a cold. Hopefully next year will work out better with the weather on New Year's. Nonetheless, enjoy the new year!

  21. It looks like winter has definitely paid you a visit. I am sorry you were feeling sick, but I am glad you are starting to feel better. I think staying inside the warm house with your coffee is a great idea, especially when you are recovering from the flu. Stay inside and you will both feel 100 percent before you know it.
