WHEN YOU GET APPLES

Morning Prim Folk, hope all is well in your neck of the woods..... Not a bad day here, sun is trying to pop out in between the clouds....  Last week my Son gave me a bag of apples from his tree in his backyard.  Nice apples this year, smaller then usual but he had a great crop.  So I brought them home, said to Cam, lets get baking some pies.    I am by no means a cook, so off Cam went to the store and bought me two boxes of Tenderflake pie crusts. That's what I like, no fuss no muss.  So I ended up with two  apple pies and then with the left over apples, made a cobbler. Thanks Son, was a yummy treat, me loves apple pie.

    Nice apples, nice pie..too😀. Meat pie someone mentioned would live to see recipe for it!!!!!
    Its colkd and rainy here Ohio, good pot of chili on cooking,vpepper jack corn muffins and dessert, coconut cream pie, mergunie isnt peaked high due to rain, but still looks yummy.... Hubby will be tickled.....

    Hi Francine...mmmm your pie looks so delicious! Reminds me my DSIL gave me a bunch of apples too. Better get using them. Would warm the kitchen and smell good too. There are so many things to make with apples.
