HAPPY SATURDAY
Greetings Prim Folk, sun is shining this morning, that's a plus, the down side is, still really cold out there, even a wind chill today. No stopping this Old Man Winter is there. Oh well, I am warm and cozy inside dreaming of what I will plant this year in the flower gardens. Bought the new Spring issue of Country Garden magazine, 4 packet of flower seeds, it's a start and even two pairs of garden gloves. How can you tell I am getting antsy to be outdoors :) For now, guess I'll just pour me another cup of coffee, curl up in my favorite chair in the sunshine and read my gardening magazine, a girl can dream can't she............Wishing you all a wonderful day, Warm Blessings Francine.

Cloudy and grey here in Michigan...and cold. This weather has had such an ill effect on everyone. I'm hoping that spring will come soon...at least with the sun shining even if it's cold..makes it a little more bearable!
ReplyDeleteThe sun rose this morning but now the clouds have set in here temps are chilly yet mild and damp from all the melt grass patches again , the land is warm and snow very lightly falling melts on contact . The birdies are busy feeding chirping and the Cardinal is singing his heart out . Thanks for sharing . Spring will arrive ! Have a good weekend !
ReplyDeleteit's coming! hang in there!
ReplyDeleteIt's always fun to get lost in the pages of a lovely magazine. I enjoy the pretty packets of seeds, too. Keep on dreaming.
ReplyDeleteSunny but pretty chilly here, too. At least most of the snow is gone and none in the short-term forecast.
ReplyDeleteHappy Saturday.
Hugs :)
Lauren
I know what you mean. When I got up this morning about 6 a.m., it was snowing, but didn't amount to much. Yesterday it was 50 above, sunny, no wind: a beautiful springy day. Today? We wake up to winter again.LOL Have a great weekend, Francine.
ReplyDeleteOh i Love those colored gloves...Happy gardening dreams to you sweet Francine!. ((hugs))
ReplyDeleteThe wind was horrid yesterday...back to winter cold. Your gloves looks like spring! :)
ReplyDeleteOh Francine - at least you have the right idea to think spring!
ReplyDeleteHi Francine! What's a better way to feel spring or forget about the winter than what you've done! I've been looking at seeds too--I want to get milkweed seeds to plant for 'project Monarch.' But when I look at the seeds, I get lost and start to see others and all the possibilities--Spring has just got to get here! :-).
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way, Francine! I have my seeds and I just bought my first issue of Country Gardens and loved it!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait til spring!! :)
XO,
Jane

I'm ready too for spring gardening if it will only come soon...
ReplyDeleteHi Francine. I am waiting for spring too. I have all my seeds for my garden this year, but there is still a foot of snow and bitterly cold.
ReplyDeleteSure hope it warms up soon.
Have a wonderful week.
Janet
