QUIET WEEKEND

Good Morning Prim Folk,  Happy Sunday to you all!!!!!!   Has been a very quiet weekend here for me, just the way I like it most of the time.  Plus Thursday I did hurt my lower back, all I did was reach down to put my pants on and oh oh, can't straighten  up. So much fun ageing I would say NOT!!!! should have stayed in the P.J's I'm thinking.  Today  I can move around  without hurting so much, good thing.  Most  of the weekend was spent  in a comfy chair with  one of my favorite books, yummy scented candle burning, Angel napping beside me and relaxed.  The weather is frightful out there anyway so just as well to snuggle in and be cozy...............  Wishing you all a wonderful day, Warm Blessings Francine.

COLD

Morning Prim Folk,  it sure has been bone chilling cold here in Winterpeg lately.  Since last Friday the temps have been in the -39 Celsius with the windchill, oh ya, bone chilling indeed. That is -38.2 in Fahrenheit, still bone chilling I would say.   These frigid days the sun has been shining so that makes the days torerable. Yesterday morning I enjoyed my coffee in the warm sunlight watching the oh so cold birdies at the feeder, not to sure how they survive living in this cold, so I make sure I fill those feeders up for them. ..........Wishing you a cozy day, Warm Blessings Francine.

LOG CABIN

Good Morning Prim Folk, Happy Friday to you all!!!!!!!!!!  I love log cabins, want to live in one some day, dreams are good.  I wanted a log cabin to decorate with, a small version to place on the fireplace mantle. Have been looking for one for sometime but  are costly and shipping from the States right now is crazy as is our Canadian Dollar, so that's out. Then one day I'm looking out the back door into the back yard and spy my log cabin birdhouse, well, my mind starts working,  sometimes it does ( giggles)  I venture outside and shake the snow off the cabin, there is a log missing on one side of the birdhouse hole, but might work in my favor.  Ask Cam if he can saw a door using the hole and maybe a window where the missing log is. Sweetheart Cam says let's see what I can do, goes downstairs with the cabin, I'm excited!!!! Christmas came and went, so I was busy and not thinking of my log cabin, until Cam came upstairs and handed me my wonderful log cabin a few days after the holidays . Happy dancing!!!!!!!  Thought about what I can use for chinking in

between the logs, I want it to look real, then a friend said to use chalking, went downstairs, put some into a plastic bag, cut a hole in the corner and away I worked, turned out great. Then some brown paint and voila, I have my log cabin I've been wanting, now to win a lottery to get a real log cabin in the woods....... Wishing you a cozy weekend,Warm Blessings Francine.

SISTER'S

Good Morning Prim Folk,  Yes, I am blessed with beautiful Sister's.  I am the baby Sis, I adore my older and middle sister's so. I also am blessed with such a sweet Sister-In-Law too, always so kind and caring. For Christmas SIL  Santa gave all us Sister's beautiful silver bracelets with a hanging heart that is  engraved with Big Sis for my older Sis, Middle Sis for middle Sis and of coarse mine that says Baby Sis, so thoughtful and we will treasure them always. My ex'es Sister is another dear that I consider a Sis, we have known each other for over 40 years, I grew up with her so yes,  she is close at heart like all my Sister's.  Middle Sis is picking me up this afternoon for some Sissy time, just a coffee together but sure does my heart good........... GOODBYE 2015

Morning Prim Folk,   Christmas has come and gone, I feel rather sad about that. Way to fast for me, I looked forward to my Sister and Mama coming to spend the night Christmas Eve,  spending time with family over the holidays. Well, we did but almost in a blink of an eye it was over.  Christmas Eve and Christmas Day  were so wonderful, I love being with my sweet family so, I cherish those moments, but like I said, went by in a blur. I did take pictures of loved ones but I cannot download them, gads!!!!!! So this week in between Christmas and New Years I have been enjoying the sweet time with the tree still aglow, I do keep Christmas up till after the New Year, that's the time to relax and take the magic of the season in......Wishing you all a wonderful New Year, may 2016 be good to us all!!!!!! HANG YOUR STOCKING

Good Morning Prim Folk,  well, here we are already, Santa Clause is coming to town.  Sure came up fast to me, but then it always does.                         I'm excited for we go to my Brother's house this evening for a good ole fashion Christmas Eve with food, fun and loving family.  My sweet SIL out does herself cooking and baking and might I say she is great at both, have to wear the stretchy  pants for sure. Even good Ole St. Nick makes an appearance, so much fun to watch the small ones faces lite up when he gifts them with a present, even us adults receive a gift, Santa is very giving.   Then homeward bound with Mama and Sister spending the night with us here, really love to have them stay and wake Christmas morning with them.   Christmas day we are off to my other dear Sister's home to share in yet another great supper of Turkey and all the trimmings, she is also another wonderful cook.  Oh how I adore my family time............Wishing you all  a cozy Christmas Eve, Warm Blessings Francine.
