VINTAGE HALLOWEEN
Morning Prim Folk, hope this Thursday finds you all well........ Halloween is just about upon us once again... My sweet Sister- In - Law has a grand collection of old Halloween treasures she keeps out all year long, she loves the Halloween holiday. She has been collecting way before the collectibles were so pricey and were easier to come across. It is crazy how much some of those paper mache pumpkin heads made in Germany go for, like the one she is holding, hundreds of dollars some are worth. I love them too but cannot afford the prices they want for them. So when I go visit my dear Brother and SIL, I admire her wonderful collection of spooky vintage Halloween treasures......Boo Blessings Francine.

RENO
Morning Prim Folk, hope you all had a nice weekend...... Cool and cloudy here this morning, but I am warm and cozy inside. The weather has been very enjoyable of late, this week in the teens also, a taste of Indian Summer. I have been busy outdoors in the yard, taking in the sun filled warm days...... My girlfriend asked me if I wanted a old enamel top table the other day, without hesitation I replayed sure. Not thinking of where I will put it, really no use for another table but come on, a enamel top table, had to say yes. So we went and picked it up, not in bad shape, just the way I like them, chippy white paint and all. If I want new I would not like antiques but I like old, worn, want it to look used, love that look. Now the wheels started turning in my head, what to do with the table, I know, rip up the front flower bed. With the over hang from the roof the flowers were dry there all the time so with Cam by my side, away we went taking it apart. In no time at all the flower bed disappeared and in it's place was a enamel topped table, old red chair and stove. Loving it so far, now I need something on the table. Call me crazy but out came the long trencher I have, wheels still turning in my mind, what to place in it. Filled it with seasonal goodies, corn cobs, stalks and pumpkins, oh ya, nice. Now will be changing it up for the season's, I am happy I said yes to the table..... Warm Blessings Francine.

Then my older Sis brought me such sweet pumpkins she had made, I adore them. Mom brought us chocolate, yup, she knows her daughters really well, chocolate fixes everything. All and all was a making memories family Thanksgiving. Also thank you sweet blogging buddies for the holiday wishes, warms my heart. Fall Blessings Francine.

GIVE THANKS
Morning Prim Folk, it is a cold, windy and wet one here but I am snug and cozy inside enjoying a hot cup of coffee with the wonderful scent of a spicy cinnamon candle burning. This is our Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada, long weekend for all to enjoy. We are celebrating today instead of the holiday tomorrow with my dear family. Will miss my Brother and sweet Sis-In-Law for they are having theirs also today with their family's. So around the table will be the rest of my family to give thanks and enjoy a feast together. Cooking a Turkey, Ham and all the fix'ins, so happy we can be all together on this special Holiday....... Warm Blessings Francine.

PUMPKINS AND CORNSTALKES
Morning Prim Folk, Happy Friday to you all!!! Another frosty morning here, the heat is on and we are warm and cozy inside. Looks to be a nice weekend weather wise, in the teens, Indian Summer I guess. I will take advantage of the warm Fall days to get out in the yard and clean up the flower beds. I did get me some cornstalks to decorate with, also love the sound of them rustling in the wind. Put them in a old milk can by the front door, then a bench with different pumpkins and pumpkin sign. I see the Blue Jays eyeing up the dried corn cobs still left on the stalks, free lunch for them..... Wishing you beautiful Fall day, Warm Blessings Francine.

STILL IN BLOOM
Good Morning Prim Folk, cold here this morning, cloudy and dreary too. The heat is on and my hot cup of coffee tastes really good right about now. We had another little frost last night, so most of the flowers are gone. I cannot believe the Impatiens are still blooming in front of the house though, still very pretty. Cam's been covering his precious tomato's every night, he still has lots on the vine. Really great crop of them he grew, we have tomato's everywhere in the kitchen. The other day he was cutting one up to eat and I looked down at his plate and said awww, you grew a heart tomato, sweet. I do not eat them so they are all his to enjoy.........Wishing you a cozy Fall day, Blessings Francine.

MORNING
Greetings Prim Folk, Happy Sunday wishes to you........ Cool sunny morning here, frost was on the pumpkin last night....Saturday also was a very cold rainy day, so I spent it doing a little more Fall decorating inside. Still have a few more goodies to put out but that was it for now.. We had a Fall supper to go to at the Eagles club last evening. My Mom, Sister, her Boyfriend and my girlfriend Cheryl came. Was a yummy supper, Roast Beef, Ham, mashed Potatoes and all the fixin's, oh and of coarse pie to top it off. Came back here to play a dice game we call Farkle, was a fun filled night, not only cause I won a game :) but being with family is good for the soul. Fall Blessings Francine.
