BISCOTTI LOVE

Morning Primfolk,  hope you all had a great weekend, it`s a long weekend here, today is a Holiday but I have to go to work......... it is really cold and windy this morning and only getting worse as the day goes on, high windchills, yuk!!!!!!! need some  Spring like weather real soon............................Had a wonderful day yesterday with my Mom and Sisters, always share so many laughs, came home no richer but my middle Sister did, happy for her............I won bits here and there but we popped into a grocery store on the way home so  spent money in there, always enjoy shopping in the States, so many neat goodies not found in Winnipeg, also bought the new Country Sampler, yey!!!!! would not be sold here till the end of the month.........................I do enjoy Biscotti very much, so a friend at work went to Costco and knowing I love that cookie bought me this tub of  the yummest Biscotti ever, oh my, this kind is Salted Caramel, with chocolate, MMMMM, sweet and salty, so so good, love having a few pieces with a cup of coffee, a little piece of heaven..............Wishing you all a wonderful day, and welcome to  new followers, always enjoy meeting new blogger folk,  Blessings Francine.

  2. I'm still in bed Francine, it's just so cold. I've been up, made a fire, mopped up a mess the dog made and now I'm listing to the kids wrestle upstairs. Pretty soon I'll have to get up to make breakfast. I've not been to Canada yet. We are talking about going to Toronto in August for a three day food festival. We love food. Also the zoo there looks neat for the kids. I believe it's Toronto? I'll have to check. So perhaps I'll get to see your beautiful countryside this summer. I need coffee but I don't have any biscottis so coffee alone will do. Have a great day and I start work next month, which, I have mixed feelings about. I haven't worked outside of the home in 6 years but I do love my job.

  3. My SIL makes the best cranberry biscotti I've ever had.
It's going to be in the 20's here-a heatwave and 4 inches of snow, if the forecaster is right!
    Happy Family Day!

  4. Sounds like you had fun! We woke up to snow this morning maybe a quarter inch, so not bad. We'll just hang out at home today.

  6. Glad you had a good time, Francine! The biscotti sounds good. We don't have a Costco near us...maybe it's a good thing. :)

  7. Glad to hear your sis won some money. We have casinos here in Michigan, and we hardly ever go, but my brother once won $14 thousand playing the dollar slots. I myself would rather spend my money buying an antique rather than in a casino, but sometimes it can be fun. Hope your weather gets better. Janice
